His experience at HNI also included increasing levels of responsibility in the roles of General Manager, Group Vice President and Vice President, International Operations from 1989 to 2017. His responsibilities included managing domestic operations for three different HNI divisions, its operations in China and India and completing due-diligence analysis for international acquisitions. Mr. Hayden is a graduate of The University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
