During his career, Mr. Davis served as President, Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to January 2016, having begun his career with NFLIC as the Mortgage Loan officer in 1977 and becoming Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer in 1981. Mr. Davis has served on the board of NFLIC since 2004. Mr. Davis serves on the Company’s Compensation Committee and Executive Committee and is the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Davis was appointed Chairman of the Board in February 2020.
