Central Management Company is one of the largest owners and operators of long-term care facilities in Louisiana. Mr. Price was a director of Rapides Bank & Trust Company in Alexandria until its acquisition by Bank One Corporation in 1998. He is a director of the Louisiana Nursing Home Association, the Central Louisiana Economic Development Alliance, and has previously served on the boards of several professional and civic organizations. Mr. Price is a graduate of Northeast Louisiana University.
